The scarifying rake is specifically designed to aerate the lawn, remove moss and increase the growth of new grass. The scarifying rake features six sharp blades and is narrower than other rakes which makes it less tiresome to scarify the lawn. By scarifying the lawn, moss is removed and grass roots are cut which stimulates extra root growth that will improve the lawn. De scarifying rake can also be used to create narrow trenches in seed beds.
